"I had a tour set up for today and there was a hiccup with the online scheduling side of things, but the staff was extremely accommodating. My apartment search has been frustrating so far, but not this one. Jennifer was extremely kind and helpful during my visit. I will likely be applying soon!"

"I’d leave 0 stars if I could. We scheduled a tour to view this property a month in advance. Got a confirmation email and everything. We live in KC and drove to St. Louis to view this property and several others. It started to snow but with no email or phone call we figured the tour was still one and we drove to the property and the leasing agents essentially fled the scene without letting us know that they were leaving the office due to snow. Yet we could drive across town just fine? I’ve truly never experienced such unprofessionalism when it comes to renting a place in my life. No apology email or returning my phone calls. Don’t rent here if you are about office management lol"

"The management is really not promising, they give you unnecessary bills to pay, and if we question them then they will remove, but what if we don't ask them. This is really disappointing, and they don't have time for tenants, and always ask us to mail them even if we go meet them. The maintenance is not good enough too."

"I lived here for one too many years and should have moved out earlier. There has been poor management with constant shifts in who actually is the Property Manager. Communication has been poor to say the least, they are not attentive to the tenants needs and one would have to call multiple times/put in multiple orders online just to resolve an issue. The neighborhood is very unsafe. If you have kids, I would not recommend this place. I've found a random person living in the indoor stairway in my apartment complex for several weeks and they did nothing about it. (neither did the police). The door to enter the building was not secure and was unlocked so anyone could enter. If I could attach a video of this I would. And my car was literally stolen off the parking lot at night. I had to go to the pound to salvage what was left of my vehicle. Words cannot express my frustration with security here and the amount of time I've seen police and the swat team at neighbor's apartments. Also, there have been times when suspicious vehicles park in the lots and these people would knock on random doors at 10 PM - 12 AM. I don't know who these people were, but I guarantee their intentions were malicious. I reported this as well and nothing was done. Another note, the walls are thin and you could hear people playing their music fairly loudly, the occasional Netflix startup, or literal verbal fights between people with their children yelling and stomping above you. To conclude, I would not recommend this place to anyone. This place is definitely not secure or a safe neighborhood, and anyone who tells you otherwise is lying to you. The management's response or lack thereof is pitiful, a hassle and at times straight up unresponsive. And if you have read this far and still decide to move in, I would recommend you get a steering wheel lock, don't open the door to strangers, and be prepared to hassle the staff to get anything done."

"I just left my showing and I can’t believe how sweet and helpful Megan was with the apartments she showed me. She was funny and sweet and when we got back to the leasing office, everyone in there was just the same. Staff here are incredible and so welcoming and friendly. Edit: I’ve been living here for two months with quite literally NONE of my appliances working. I have at least 15-20 correspondences with management to fix the following: washer and dryer both not functional (I have yet to do a load of laundry), dishwasher (I have yet to do a load of dishes), refrigerator is leaking onto the floor and causing there to be mold on the fridge door, a cabinet door simply fell off its hinges. The ONLY thing that has been fixed after weeks of pleading is my closet door that had been off its hinges since I moved in. Management has an attitude whenever you call to get simple things fixed or an estimate to when you can expect to start actually living in your apartment. I was told to simply “take my clothes to a laundromat down the road” as a solution. They’ve take. a total of $100 off my rent for these inconveniences, when I originally was interested in these apartments because of the amenities they advertise. Please save your money and listen to the reviews. Find somewhere else to live!"
