Station Plaza Apartments

"These are nice, modern apartments downtown. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. It's close to everything from public transportation to the grocery store and current events for tourists. Pros: Affordable compared to other places downtown, has modern style with tall ceilings, assigned and gated parking, and workout room. The building also has secured entry and not open to the public. Cons: Some of the washers and dryers seemed to always be out of order. The walls are paper thin! You could even hear someone's phone ringing. You hear everything and I do mean EVERYTHING! Also, I didn't feel comfortable mentioning this until I moved out, but the onsite maintenance guy (I think his name is Cornelius?) I caught him on hidden camera snooping around my apartment when I wasn't home. He was looking in my laundry bin too although he didn't touch anything. I know it isn't managements fault or anything, but they should probably do a better job at vetting workers to ensure this kinda thing doesn't happen. It's unprofessional and kinda scary. There's no telling what that person is capable of."

"Mrs. Debbie is the best EVER!! I was going through a tough time trying to get moved in but she was so patient with me, very communicative, positive, honest, and direct! Whew what a journey it was! But we finally got through it all in APRIL 2021 and I FINALLY moved in! I just appreciate her so much. She keeps the peace around this place! I love living here it’s so quiet and peaceful. I have no major issues with my neighbors. It’s like Mrs. Debbie did a clean sweep of the place before we moved in. LOL! I just love Mrs. Debbie oh so much she’s like an auntie to me! The maintenance guys are really awesome as well. Whenever I put in a maintenance order it gets fixed immediately!! Either the same day or the next day! I highly recommend Station Plaza Apartments! It’s very low key a lot of my friends did not even know that this building were apartments. Of course I didn’t either! So far this has been the best place that I’ve ever lived. We are right across from the new stadium that’s being built! How cool is that?"

"I’ve resided here for a year now. Mrs. Debbie is a magnificent property Manager.!! She goes above and beyond to Make sure whatever you need is taken care of. I was given a full tour of the unit prior to me moving in, she handled and processed all of my paperwork efficiently. I enjoy living in the area. Its safe and kept up nicely."

"I will say the building itself is nice. I've been here just over 3 years. One of the elevators never works, not a big deal but if the other one breaks down you're trecking up some stairs. The one thing that REALLY bugs me is the building is bad on giving you notice for things, usually you find out they need to get into your apartment (or the city is turning something off due to construction) the day before. If you're at work you don't find out til later in the day."

"Nice apartments, updated appliances and amenities. Downside: Tall ceilings does not mean you do not hear your upstairs neighbors. You literally hear everything from conversations to someone using the restroom!! Just hope you dont move under or near a persons with no regards to community living. I appreciate the new property manager for stepping in and taking control back over these apartments. Thank you Debbie for making this place smoke free as it should be and being readily available to assist residents when needed."
