"Scheduled an appointment days in advance. Why have appointments if they don't matter according to the rude man behind the counter? I got to their location about 15 minutes early and was told it would be a little bit. Waited over an hour after my appointment time of 1pm and the guy at the counter made me feel like I was an inconvience to them. Absolutely horrible service! To top it off, they said my vehicle needed an extra quart of oil, so the price went from $60 dollars to over 80 dollars for an extra quart. Garbage company and will never be back."

"U.S. Automotive has the best customer service I have experienced anywhere. They were able to work with my tight weekly schedule to get me my State Inspection as early as possible and were so nice over the phone when scheduling when I was unable to make any of the times they were able to offer. My car's driver side door will not open from the outside and they were able to discuss with me what price I may be looking at in the future for fixing that without being overbearing or trying to upsell me for anything. The real kicker is that they came out with me to my car to open my drivers side door from the inside so I didn't have to crawl over the center console like I usually have to, 1,000/10 customer service right there! Will be returning here for any future vehicle problems!"
