"Sad experience. Military- asked for the military discount. Was told rep couldn’t do it without manager. Said manager was in the rest room. Waited and waited. Not sure if what rep was saying was correct. Apparently another customer had some kind of return. Ooops, rep not trained for that or can’t help him either. Seems like if a “manager” is on duty, he should be available."
