"I've been buying parts often at this store for several years now. I know each of the employees here, including the managers, and I can say they have always been polite and as helpful as can be. Whether it's dropping off used oil, ordering in some parts on the phone, or at the counter helping figure out my latest project. I even had them assist with getting a BCM sent off for a rebuild through another shop. I have always been an Oreilly customer because 1) they are HQ'd in MO and 2) the experiences I've had in the stores; I say it's like talking to mechanics. A group of employees like these represents their business well. To me, it's like having an extended family of mechanics just down the road from my house. Great job everyone, keep it up. I'm proud to be an Oreilly customer at store #135."

"The 2 guys in the store was worried more about getting out of there or whatever than me or my car. I broke down and my brake fluid was leaking out everywhere. They didn't help or give me much advice. I know they ain't mechanics but it is a great neighborhood and I had to drive without hardly any brakes to another place because I thought I would be robbed there. A dude just sat and stared at me until I left. He had murder in his eyes. Of your a single woman. Don't stop there at night at all. Of you break down stay in your car and call the police."
