"I asked two different people to show me where coolant that I bought goes in the car. First refused the second told me they would then waited 15 minutes and they didn’t. Tried to call the store and my call was ignored. It was completely empty no other customers."
"Opened my account in 1978 and have been with them through there growth and takeovers. Then- "I need an o'ring." Out comes a metal box with an assortment guaranteed to have what I need. Now-"I need an o'ring." Out comes a keyboard. "What does it go on?" There parts inventory should allow them to be more competitive with online competition. I will gladly pay a premium for a timely and local purchase but when it approaches a 40% mark up it becomes an issue with me."
"I walked in and No one was behind the counter and not in the isles behind the counter. A kid came out from the back, walked out to the isles, grabbed a part, and walked back to the back without acknowledging me so I decided to call the store to get someone to the counter to answer the phone. I received some customer service them."
"I'm just looking for some tiny brackets for my Honda. Even though I have to go to the dealership in the end, I stopped at 2 different stores yesterday. 1st on Sunshine close to Glenstone and then S. Campbell by Republic Rd. Both workers at both stores were extremely helpful and went above and beyond helping me! I'll give the prize to the S. Campbell store this time only because they were so amazing and friendly ama the Air Conditioner was broken Folks!!!! She didn't complain 1 time!!!!! O'Reilly's is amazing"
