"I was in last night with a engine light concern and was going to be traveling out of town today. They hooked up my car to the diagnostic computer and the reading was a little scary for me. Matt suggested looking at my air filter. He went out remove the air filter and it was beyond clogged. That was the issue! He installed the new filter for me. I was so VERY appreciative of his kindness and willingness to help. I wanted to compensate him for his time but he wouldn't accept anything. He said, "this is what we do and you just give us a call if you have any other questions". This is not my first amazing experience with this location. My experience is always amazing and they are all very helpful and seem to love what they do! Matt saved me a lot of money and headache if I had taken it to the Chevy dealership today. Thanks for being so kind Matt!!!!"
"I had a "brake lamp" light come on in my car, so I took it to O'Reillys on W. Republic Rd. Matt helped me. He installed both lights for me and checked to make sure they were working right. It was very cold outside, but he was very pleasant. I sure appreciate good help like him! Thank you, Matt."
