"Brought my car in for diagnostic citing a noise from the front right wheel driving on uneven pavement. Diagnostic is $100 and is added to your bill even if you get the repair done, which is odd and not something I’ve experienced at any auto repair shop and I’ve been to many mechanics in many cities. Diagnostic was incorrect and I paid $658 to repair something not causing any noise and not needing repair, because I clearly still hear the noise I brought it to get diagnosed."
