"Placed a simple, one pizza online order on Sunday 3/10/24…….online tracker said “we’re making your order and it will be ready between 4:00-4:10pm”. Drove 10 miles, arrived at 4:05pm and was told “ I have a bakery order ahead of you, so yours won’t be about ready for another 20 to 30 minutes”. Well, I was NOT told that online! Apparently, other peoples money was more important than my money, I was under the assumption that everyone’s money was equally important, but I guess not. 20 miles round trip wasted…….thanks! UPDATE: Someone ask me to submit more information to their email address, so I did. No reply, no nothing. So I was right……other peoples money is more important than my money……I will take my business elsewhere!"
"Oh my, that was a good pizza! I'd gotten advice to try this place several times, and I'm glad I finally did. With a crazy big menu and a long list of ingredients, there is something for everyone. The pizza was on the pricey side, but you'll get 2-3 meals out of it and it's high quality. There is nowhere to sit as they are takeout only at this location. We had the chicken supreme and it was amazing! Had little dollops of ricotta cheese on it, which was a unique touch. We'll be back to try more items for sure."
"I've been ordering sarpinos for almost two years now. My husband and I have had nothing but the best experiences. The delivery people are wonderful from Vision Rd. Store. They always take great care of me, go the extra mile to come upstairs and down the hall to my room because I work and live in a hotel. Especially the young man that was out of work for breaking his wrist/hand and having surgery. He's just wonderful. The food is incredible. Always fresh ingredients. They always bring me my extra ranch. Fantastic cheesecake! I love the white pizza!"
"Ordered a cooked well done 16" thin crust Alfredo Chicken pizza for carryout. Added black olives and sun dried tomatoes. The pizza was cooked exactly as I ordered and done on time. The ingredients were fresh and the employees were attentive upon pickup. Pretty good pizza. Especially if it's late night as KC is pretty limited on options. Would definitely try again."
