"We went because I wanted go try it even though a coworker of my husband said it wasn't that great. The appetizer was amazing we had the pepperoni pinwheel with marinara sauce and they were just out of this world. The pizza itself was delicious and almost as good as the pizza we had in New York. The huge plus side is they allowed us to hangout when the storm hit. The waitress even told my son if it got really bad she would come get him and take him to their freezer which put him at ease, for that we are forever grateful!"

"Food was good but service was awful. Server rarely checked on us. Waited awhile for drink, then order to be took. Food came out quickly, but then getting boxes & check took forever to get. Had to get host to tell them we were ready to leave. They separated check wrong. We were a table of 9. It was not busy. I could see staff doing sidewalk in back, including ours. Side work should be done after shift or when you have no tables. This place would be better if proper training was given on how to be attentive to your tables."

"I went to Old Chicago last night about an hour before they closed and placed an order for a large pizza and tall wings. The pizza was doughy and the wings were undercooked and poorly chosen. I put the pizza in the oven when I got home to cook it a bit longer and threw the wings in the trash."

"Oh where to start. First. All the staff resemble the cast of the Walking Dead. Our pizza was soggy like someone forgot to wipe off the water before tossing the pizza on and making it. A plate my child had nothing but burnt product on it. Very unprofessional. Not to mention the Mac and cheese was cold. Lke they made everything BEFORE the pizza was done. Poor timing when making the food? The host was in clear view of where I was sitting and witnessed vaping in the back. Gonna do that don't do it where customers can see. Everyone apparently had long waiting times and unfortunately the food was not worth the wait or the price. And the service didn't make it any better. My family and I won't be returning. As I told my children, I'm not mad I'm just disappointed."

"Overall, the couple experiences have been good. This last time could have been better. The car seat sling we got had trash in it, we weren't given plates or utensils. I feel like the first time we went their beer list was much bigger. The double deckeroni is a good pick, but would recommend a thicker crust with the grease."
