"We went in on a Sunday afternoon and had a nice experience. The server whose name I'm sorry I don't remember was very sweet and accommodating. Not only to us but I noticed a tables around her who all seem to know her and enjoy her service. We have the salad with that unbelievable dressing that I could just not get enough of, and then a medium Pizza that we shared. Chris crossed, great ingredients plentiful but not overbearing, I was very happy with my experience."

"They were the pizza standard of the Northland for the last 40 plus years. But they just don't seem to care anymore. I've got better pizza from a frozen pizza. There's no consistency with them. Maybe it's just the Platte Woods location. All I know is I've spent my last dime with that store. They are dead to me. Like there pizza. It's sad my family has been dining there Since the 70s. There's a lot more and better choices in the kc these days. Maybe they will figure it out."

"We ordered a pizza, butcher block, light sauce on a Sunday. My wife went and picked it up. She brought it home and it was a round table pizza. When she got there, there was only 3 customers there. So not real busy. I called and talked to Nikki (manager) and she knew about the order was wrong. I had to go back up there (during a Chiefs game) to get the right order. There was only 2 customers in there and alot of young kids "working" there messing around. Tommy, my boys played for the Vikings and the Trojans, and we are trying to support you but the customer service is getting pretty bad. These kids/employees seem to be more interested in talking than taking care of customers in our last few visits. Hoping you can get things turned around."

"Got the vibe we were in the wrong place by the effort it took to get acknowledgement by staff to pick up a to-go order. Cool chain pizza place vibe wise. Pizza was good for frozen pizza. Think I can get a crispier golden finish at home for way less. For my family, the poor welcoming, the quality preclude a high recommendation."
