"Danielle the GM and Andy (delivery driver) are amazing people who carry themselves with respect. The store is always clean, there is always a smile, and the food is consistently yummy and fresh. Love having this Pizza Hut as a neighbor to my work. The team and I order from here a bit!"

"Management is terrible and they literally kept my money. No pizza, no nothing. Even after they were shown my bank transaction and my order from the app, they told me I didn't order anything but over 40$ gone from my account to Pizza Hut. Worst management I've ever delt with. No attempt to solve the issue that was clearly on their side just told me call corporate if I have a problem. Absolutely terrible."

"We ordered delivery on Sunday a few hours ahead of time. Apparently they don't have their own drivers anymore and use door dash. The delivery fee was an extra $6 plus tip was another $6. We figured it was worth it due to the bad weather. Our order was almost 30 minutes late and obviously cold, oh well we didn't really care about that too much, we just heated it up in the microwave. But the $7 order of 8-piece wings was missing. We immediately called the door dash driver and she stated it is not her job to check that the receipt matches the order when she picks up. So we called the store and could not get through on the phone. Next, I submitted a request through the app to customer service. I received an email saying the issue would be forwarded to the store. 4 days later and I have yet to receive a phone call or email to deal with the issue. Not worth dealing with these chain restaurants anymore, I'd rather just do store bought pizza or a local mom and pop shop from now on."

"Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered the triple treat box. Waited the 25 minutes for pick up, to find out I needed to wait another 22 minutes. After the 47 minute wait for my order. They brought me out only cheese sticks! They stated that was the only thing on my order and that they would then put my order in AGAIN and have me wait in line again. Every aspect of this Pizza Hut establishment is horrible, from the ordering, to the order flow management to the local locations, to the staff, wait times and general management of the location. I will avoid this location at all costs going forward."

"I ordered a big dinner box and it was a disappointment. I ordered my pizzas with extra cheese. Not only was there not extra cheese, it barely had any cheese. I also upgraded to cheese bread and it was regular bread sticks. If I pay the money, I want what I ordered. I'm done with Pizza Hut. Every time my orders are wrong. All good, plenty of pizza places here."
