"Waited over 10 minutes to pick up my order that was ready in the warmer. I was the only one in the store. The employee kept telling me to wait while he did other things. There were 2 employees in store. My order died in the warmer. Pizza quality has not been good for the last 2 months at this location."
"Ordered 2 large pizzas for takeout on Internet.. At bottom of page at checkout is the request for Tips... now i am not asking for delivery, not dining in, or asking for special service, so why is Pizza Hut asking for tips for their employees, to just do the job they are hired to do and is typical ordinary work? If Pizza Hut feels the "teammates" need more money, then please pay them more. But quit nickel and diming customers for "tips" for employees to do the simple tasks they are hired to do... I will not patron Pizza Hut or other companies until they stop. Its the same guilt trip when you walk in to pay and pick up... No thanks Greedy Pizza Hut...."
"Pizza was fine. Not cut very well but it tasted good. Service however needs to be improved. The last couple of times I’ve been there, the service has been horrible. There is no priority given to people waiting in line. Even though you get a “I’ll be right with you” the service doesn’t come. Will be ordering from another location from now on."
