I recently moved to St. Louis on Friday 8/16, I called this place today 8/19 at 10:45am to ask how much memberships are because they don’t have that information online, and the woman on the phone immediately hung up on me. "This place was awesome... St. Louis was rough, but this place was a diamond within. If I had to visit that city again, I'd spend most of my time at this gym. It's spacious, has almost EVERYTHING & incredibly affordable drop-in price. The gym was clean, the locker room was clean. It's awesome how it's all on different levels of an old parking garage."
"Everything you want in a gym. Great friendly staff. Very clean. All the weights and equipment you need for any level of fitness. Steam room, clean bathrooms. Also, I love the garage feel."
"Adequate. They have cardio equipment, dumbbells, machines, free weights, barbells, two power racks, and three flat benches for pressing. Cost of a drop-in is $11, not too bad. The floor isn't level, making deadlifts and squats challenging and the weights and bars are a bit low quality... But it's there and you can train. All in all, it's adequate."
