"The worst experience I’ve had with an auto repair shop. I believe either Mike or Adam repaired my car. They did a phenomenal job. My car is not completely fixed due to a censor not being placed, something that was out of their control. I will say the front office (receptionist) made this an almost unbearable experience. I do hope the calls are recorded and monitored because they were rude and don’t know how to properly communicate. I received multiple text messages and then phone calls (not automated calls) from the office. I was told my car was ready but had to be detailed. I originally asked that they not detail the car so I could just pick it up. They later told me that they were waiting on a part. Long story short, I was lied to. This went on for a couple of days. They told me the part was in and agreed to detail it. When i called back I was told they didn’t have the censor but I could in fact pick it up. When I picked but up the interior was a mess. They failed to vacuum the car out which was so disappointing. The way these women spoke to me over the phone was unreal. Again, the repair people seem to do a good job however I wouldn’t recommend this shop solely because of the front office staffs poor attitude!"

"Extremely rude customer service. In the beginning I would never have thought the nightmare of an an experience to happen. October 9 I brought my car into the shop for body damage on the driver side. My first quote was ten days and no more than five thousand dollars In repairs. 2 weeks go by. I call to check on the status of my vehicle to be hung up on twice, then told that my new date would be December 1st. Again after receiving zero curtesy calls for the shop by the first I call again on the second. The clerk now had nasty attitude towards me telling me to stop calling and the car will be ready when it’s done. I call again and speak to a manger to be told it should be ready by the 6th. Of course again on the sixth still not done and told should be ready the 7th so I called in the morning and they again told me it would be ready for pick up whenever they call me the promptly hung up the phone obviously frustrated. They call me twenty min before close to inform me of form of payment let me know I needed to pick up a money order. Frustrated I agreed to be there before clothes with payment. I show up seven min before close to the workers ready to leave walking to there cars confused. The seen me rolled there eyes,took a breathe then walked very slowly back inside turned on the lights unlocked the door and let me in. I asked to see my car before I give them the payment they refused and said that the shop is closed and if I wanted to see it before paying I’d have to wait another day and come back I have children and could not go another day without a vehicle so I paid reluctantly then went outside and was met with my vehicle the quickly locked up and left as I was inspecting my car. They broke my radio left oil stands and water marks in my vehicle over spray marks over the top and additional scratches and scuffs all over the front and back of the outside of my vehicle. I came back in to address my concerns was met by the supervisor who approached me with an Attitude refusing to shake my hand which is no big deal. Telling me I have an attitude problem because I called to much and they had to rush. Telling me that I am lying about the damages the refused to take pictures and trespassed me from the property. Very dissatisfied would not recommend. Highly unprofessional and temperamental staff. Now I’m waiting for insurance to approve another shop to fix there mishaps. If you want you car back in one price and or soon do not trust car craft !"

"I had my Traverse repaired for hail damage at Car Craft Autobody which required PDR and conventional repair. They did a great job! There was no issue at all. They had to communicate with the insurance company for me because there was more money and parts needed than the original estimate called for, which meant it took a little longer than they originally said, and that was fine. That's how it goes. I wanted it done right. What I don't understand is how other people don't understand that. They kept me informed when there was a change. I didn't need a daily phone call!! I read through some of these reviews and people are nuts. My SUV looks brand new and that's all I can ask for."
