"Great spot and location to stay a couple nights. I experienced the suite style and everything was clean, cozy room, has all the kitchen necessity needed and updated/modernized styles. A wonderful wide selection of food for breakfast (hot to cold) and an adequate amount of seating in the breakfast/ lounge/ waiting room area In the lobby. Didn't get a chance to use amenities such as the gym or pool here. Worthwhile to stay here. Staff here are helpful, welcoming and friendly. Everything is kept orderly also. Would stay here again."

"My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Residence Inn Westport! The staff is AMAZING, helpful and friendly! We were visiting the area for our oldest daughter's soccer game and staff were very helpful with information! We will definitely return and stay here when we are back in St. Louis! Our room was comfortable and very clean! It was also spacious for my 9 year old daughter that uses a power wheelchair for mobility. According to her, the room was "very accessible!""

"Moved our room at 8pm to the Fairfield side because of hotel issues. They moved us from a room with a bed and sleeper sofa to room with 1 bed and we had 2 kids with us (4 people total) All other nearby hotels were booked. We had to send one of our kids to sleep at their Uncle’s house 45min away so nobody had to sleep on the floor. They didn’t even have a roll away to offer. Only gave us a small “discount” on the room which is completely unacceptable but we were in a bind with it being late and not wanting to relocate with an infant. Would not recommend. The manager originally said he was giving us a discount, then didn’t. And then a very nice woman at the front desk ended up working out a deal for us. While we appreciate the discounted room, it didn’t save us the hassle of having a kid have to go sleep somewhere else on vacation, it messed up our Sunday plans—- but we were honestly just lucky we even had the option. The room truly should have been free for the inconvenience."

"I like this hotel. Always clean, good service and nice area. Short walk away from some good restaurants. My room was a little musty, maybe to humid or may need an update. It was not bad though. Plenty of space to work at the desk too."

"We stayed at this Residence Inn for a month while waiting to purchase a home of our own. We had a one-bedroom suite. It was very spacious, and we were not tripping over each other or our empty suitcases and golf bags. (There were many). There was plenty of cabinets and counterspace to work with. I would highly recommend this hotel for comfort. Friendly front desk and maintenance staff. Also, free breakfast every morning. Our refrigerator was not working properly. When the first attempt to fix it did not work, it was replaced. Jennifer at the front desk even offered to place our cold food in the kitchen refrigerator until problem was solved. (After offering a new room if we preferred.) Unfortunately, the decorator did not put enough hooks/bars to hang towels or clothing in bathroom, but that was no big deal. I gave the location 3 stars because the hotel is surrounded by businesses. A few restaurants in the Westport plaza a block down but nothing else to walk to."
