"I called them in the morning looking for a tire because mine was completely flat from the cold. I called multiple places around downtown and it was a pretty messy experience. I called Chippewa Tire because I’ve heard of them through my dad. The front desk lady had an appointment for me the same day with the estimate (which is exactly what I paid), and the crew had me out so quick I thought, “No way it’s right.” Hand to god I can now drive on the highway without my wheel shaking. "I was able to get a used 205/60r16 tire for $66 out the door. I got a flat on a Sunday night. Columbus Day was the next day and it was difficult for me to find a place that was open and had what I needed at a price I could afford on the fly. They were open and they had what I needed so I could get back to work without spending a ton of money. They were fast and they picked up the phone when I called, unlike some other places. Almost every other place wanted to charge me $120+ for a new tire and no one else had a used one available. Thank you guys for being open, professional, fast, and affordable. I really appreciate it!"
