"My family lived here and it's not somewhere you should live. It floods all the time, it's overpriced, and management is LACKING to say the least. They changed the name apparently, but don't be fooled, you do not want to live here. I would give this place negative stars if I could."

"This land is on an active flood plain. At least once a year it fills with several feet of water and hundreds of cars get totalled. Along with the environmental hazards, as many others have mentioned, the new management company is nearly impossible to get ahold of, and doesn't maintain the property whatsoever. Don't move here."

"I hate living here , it’s horrible . We just switched owners . We can never get in contact with anyone . The front door is broken , our key pad to get in works ( Sometimes ) , the back door doesn’t close so someone can just walk in . The laundry room is a mess . Most of the machines don’t work . It’s hard to get in contact with anyone of this company . DONT MOVE HERE IM STUCK FOR ANOTHER 6 months and if I could break my lease I would do it ."

"I currently live here and I can honestly say that I absolutely HATE it here! My rent has gone from $750 to $1124 in 4 years. It floods multiple times a year and people end up losing their vehicles. The laundry facility works half the time. Everything is cheaply renovated. The last flood just happened on Mother's Day and my children and I lost our apartment so they moved us to the next building on the 3rd floor. The apartment was not even move-in ready and it still has problems. The closet door is broken, there's an opened space(a hole) at the bottom of my counter, only 2-3 ranges work on the stove, the oven vent and light doesn't work. Plus my AC has been broken for the past 4 days and no one will answer my calls or emails to fix it. Let's not forget there are heat advisories right now. They just sold the complex and we have no tenant portal or emergency maintenance line. I've had it with this place! I am planning on breaking my lease when I get the opportunity! I do not recommend anyone lease here, EVER!"

"Joanne and Kristin has made my moving experience a lot better than I was expecting. They got all of our wants and needs taken care of. They are fully accepting of the fact our daughter is special needs and made sure we had a ground floor. The mail center and laundry center is completely amazing! We spent our first night here last night and it was exactly what I expected. It was completely quiet and absolutely peaceful. I would recommend 10/10"
