"I moved in during the middle of winter in 2021 all the way from San Diego. I used one of those pod things and she had no problem letting me leave it in the middle of the half moon thing in front of the building while I unloaded. Then she let me leave the entire thing in the back for a day while I still unloaded. I never had a problem with her. Every time I asked for something to be fixed the maintenance guy was always there immediately to fix the problem. I had no problems moving out. She even made sure that I wasn't stuck with the last month because I moved out literally on the last day of the lease renewal. I enjoyed my stay."

"This place is an absolute joke. I've lived here for almost 5 years and it consistently gets worse the more I realize what's actually going on here. It is overpriced and I would give it negative Stars if I had the option. If you don't believe me then you should ask anybody that's lived here for more than a couple years and you will quickly find out that this is one of the worst places you could move in. Most of my neighbors have already left and they were counting down the days until their lease was up. Although they have heat and air conditioning, it is very cold in the winter months and hot in the summer months, no matter what you change your thermostat. In my hallway they patched holes in the wall and never painted over them so I hesitate bringing any friends or family to this establishment because there are spots on the wall that's needed painting for 5 years now. If you don't believe me then take the elevator to a random floor and walk the halls to see for yourself. Don't be fooled by their model apartment that they will show you. They claim to have a gym but 7 out of the 8 pieces of equipment don't work. They have leaks with water falling out of the ceilings in multiple places. And they will start an eviction process if you owe them $28 or more considering that is the threat I received because they raised the prices on their renters insurance halfway through my contract. That being said, if you sign a contract with them, they somehow have the legal right to raise your prices even after you've signed a contract agreement. Renters beware that this is the shadiest place I've ever encountered and dozens of tenants here will back me up with that. They pretend to care about you but after you sign the agreement you are screwed in every possible way you can imagine"
