"We've been tenants here for over 2 years now at Warris Farms. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for spacious apartments with good floor plans that utilize the space very well. Although the rents have went up considerably the past couple of years, all apartment complexes on Newburgh Rd went up at the same level; nevertheless, the other complexes offer you quite less for your money. For example, all apartments here have a very large storage closet/space. The apartment's space is very well-utilized. In addition, Laura, the current property manager is very attentive, responsive and tries to help out to the best of her ability with everything. She really cares about her tenants and treats you with the utmost respect. Maintenance is also very prompt here, so you wouldn't face any major or even minor issues that rarely occur for long. Note: Make sure to check out the partially and fully upgraded apartments. Also, the apartments that include lofts are of an excellent value; definitely worth the extra space."
