"Gave 4 only because there is still work pending. He did an excellent job removing paint spots from utility room floor. Waiting on refrigerator seal, which he said he had to order. Also, holes in bedroom closet door need putty/fix. There are paint spots on the bathroom and kitchen floor. Overall, very happy with what has been done so far."
"There are no speed bumps in our parking lot. So everyone avoids the ones on the side roads and drive too fast though the parking lot. Both roads and the parking lot were refined and no speed bumps were added. There is no handicap parking slot in the south lot of 7390, several tenants have handicap plates. Adding two handicap spots would be nice."
"The level of promptness and delivery of work from the maintenance team is amazing , the downside is the high level of rudeness and attitude from some staff , definitely not all staff . Seems some can’t admit to their ignorance in providing solutions to occupants on certain matters as regards to occupancy. It’s the right of an occupant to seek for assistance/ clarity and get help and not to be treated like “don’t disturb me attitude”"
"I waited 6 months before doing a review. Repairs that are requested have been completed within 2 days. They always ensured I was happy with repairs or anything else like paying from the website. Only complaints I have is I hate the stove because it doesn't cook how a stove should. I get they are trying to avoid fires I feel something else could be done because I just don't use it at all. Also I've requested maintenance ring the buzzer before coming in to the apartment. They refuse to do it and when they come in it seems like they are trying to be sneaky about coming in because they don't even knock sometimes. Don't get me wrong they complete all repairs. Just seems weird they wont ring the buzzer of the apt they are going to for the safety of the tenant and themselves."
"My visit/apartment tour was awesome. The office manager, Courtney was amazingly professional and very knowledgeable. She took her time and explained everything about the apartment to me and made sure I understood my options. She answered all of my questions. I’m looking forward to the possibility of making Woodland Villa apartments my future home!"
