Hampton Court Apartments

"These apartments are not worth it, in my opinion! My family and I have lived here for almost four years and it’s been more and more irritating to be in this apartment! we’ve had issues ever since moving in here. Anything from the dishwasher being broken upon move in, to the kitchen sink leaking, to all the closet doors coming off the hinges, to constant bugs and ants crawling in the kitchen and bathroom. The office NEVER answers their phone or email, and whenever you come into the office to speak to someone in person, they act like this is the first time they’re hearing about you trying to reach out to them. The maintenance crew seems like they don’t know what they’re doing, whenever they actually do come to fix an issue, they’re never there for more than ten minutes, and 95% of the time, they blame us for any issues going on in the apartment. Our dishwasher is STILL broken from when we first moved in, because maintenance refused to fix or replace it, even though they were the ones that broke it, and then blamed us for it and said we would have to pay out of pocket to replace it. We’ve lived here for almost four years and not once have had the office reach out to let us know they’ll come and replace or fix anything inside the apartment whenever we resign the lease, even though they would usually do that anyways if a tenant moves out. You get charged for everything."

"These apartments SUCK!!!! Everything is outdated forreal. Office NEVER picks up the phone, maintenance never ever comes on time & they charge you for things that aren’t your fault. Closets come off track, don’t get me started out the outdated bathrooms with them grit still around the tub or the ceilings that caved in due to some type of water damage. I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone. The prices doesn’t match up and the got one washer & dryer for every building. Only thing good is the area.. lots of restaurants, grocery stores & gas stations."

"Moving in today and I’m sooo excited the office ladies made this so welcoming and warming ,it’s very spacious and affordable and full of everything!! This is probably one of the best apts I have even applied for and I can’t wait til my furniture comes and I can set it up I will be uploading pictures and doing another review in about 30 days"

"I have lived in all different apartments in California, Utah, Brazil and Michigan, and I can say with confidence that this is my favorite place I’ve taken residence. My apartment? Gorgeous. I toured the exact apartment I applied for, so no surprises. It’s spacious. It’s beautifully renovated. It’s a great price! The management? Amazing. Everyone in the office is so kind and helpful. The area? Great. I am so close to anything and everything I need. It’s quiet and I feel more than safe. My daughter always makes friends at the playground or in the pool. I love it here!"
