"Great starter appt for me. I lived here all four years of my college career. The maintenance guy came either the day I called or the next day. The staff was nice. Great location...directly across the street from an mjr,(I watched so many matinees). And I did get my deposit back. Only missing a star because it needed some updates."

"Stay away from this place. They will try to steal your securiry deposit. No matter what. I have proof of their lies and scams! The management is horrible, and behind every decision they justify themselves with their boss( owner of the complex) who is hiding himself behind PO BOX! The place is dangerous, dirty and full of bedbugs and rodents. Awfull experience -zero stars. That place should be closed from inspections!"
"I love the Maint. guys so much. Had an issue with my fridge and garbage disposal, both resolved that day, That night my ac made noise, the next morning there were here first thing and had it repaired in under ten minutes. Maint. Guys here are freaking awesome. Decent rent and good amenities. Lived here 4+ years."
"Worst place ever. I found this place randomly while out looking for apartments with my boyfriend. We saw this place and decided to stop in. We talked to one of the leasing agents and she was nice. Told us about the rent and even showed us a room. We filled our the application and paid the 40 dollar application fee. She told us someone would call us later that day to tell us how much the security deposit would be. As we waited for a call I decided to look up reviews on this place, saw that a lot of people said they had bed bugs! I called them to ask about it and another woman rudely answered the phone and refused to answer my questions about the bugs. She claimed that since I'm not the primary applicant she won't tell me anything. She then hung up on me. We also never received a call back after I called them. Waste of 40 dollars!! Don't waste your time applying here. So glad we didn't move in that bed bug infested apartment."
