"I lived here for 2 years and never had any issues. Office staff is really helpful, maintenence repairs are typically completed within 24 hours, seems to be a pretty safe area. There was never any riff raff or anything at my building. I only moved out because I’m relocating for work. Tldr: It’s a nice place. Move here."

"I currently have mold in the walls of my unit due to a leak at the top of the building. 3 other units were affected by this, but mine is where all the water settled above. It's been two months since the leak showed any signs of damage. The maintenance guys got to us pretty fast at first. Unfortunately they lack knowledge when it comes to fixing things. We had to do some work ourselves. We got an industrial dehumidifier to help dry things. The crack head maintenance guy sealed the hole way too soon, but he insisted. The owner is an inconsiderate jerk. He doesn't care that he had a leak in a building and is letting multiple tenants live with mold. Luckily none of my stuff was damaged. I can't wait for this lease to end so I can get out and never return! The only plus is I loved the layout, the large master bedroom and large walk-in closet!"
"I lived here for a year and never had any issues. The office staff is amazing and helpful. I love the floor plan and loved having 2 bathrooms. The only reason I'm leaving is because I bought a house. I highly recommend this apartment."
"Parkcrest is a very clean place to live. If you had bed bugs you brought them. I have lived here 15 years and have never had a problem. I recently gave my 30 day notice, I have bought a home. I have never had anything out of the ordinary in my apartment. The staff is more than adequate. The office is staff is very helpful and polite. Maintenance is great. If you are looking for an apartment, I suggest you stop in."
