"This place does not care about there guests, you can never find staff and if you do it seems to bother them. I've stayed at previous extended stays and it blows this out of the water, rude staff and little to no interaction with anyone about restock of toiletries or towels. You are basically paying for a room you clean and do yourself and if you ask for something it's a problem....good luck! I would rather spend more money for better quality and service"
"OMG! The staff at this extended stay, are an awesome team. They treat occupants, like family. Matt, though gorgeous, has great work ethics. Brittany and Tommy, are friendly and forthcoming, they were always willing to help."
