"The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. Every question I asked was met with a attitude, I even expressed my problems just to be told I can cancel my reservation if I didn't like it. When someone goes to a hotel they expect to be treated with respect, I do not suggest staying here."
"The room was nice and clean! I had a king bed facing the courtyard. The bed was super comfortable. Front desk was very nice as well."
"room was not very clean but not filthy for an animal-friendly hotel - same goes for pool area, which was cold water. the service was wonderful, helped in any way they could. it's a bit off the path from the freeway, but easy access to anything Pontiac, auburn hills and north up to Oxford."
"This place! Wow!! This was our base hotel for guests for my daughter's wedding. It was also where the bridal party prepared for the ceremony. The location was amazingly close to the wedding venue, but having the shuttle available for our guests helped us relax knowing everyone would arrive alive! The room was spacious and very clean and well thought out. Elevators helped those of us that have disabilities. The staff was AMAZING!! All of them! Kyle was a dream to work with. Very close to a lot of fast food and a nice restaurant next door. Close to I-75 was great! I really have nothing bad to say. It made our event so much more relaxed and special. Thank you!!!"
"We loved our stay! Our room was amazing- clean- smelled great. We slept ggreat the bed was comfortable. we did not hear any traffic on the highway. We visited the Hub next door. Service was great- everyone was friendly and welcoming. We would stay here again. Breakfast was great as well- it’s not a massive menu but it’s perfect for us!"
