"Stayed here because it's highly rated for KIDS and they are supposed to have POOL Hours 6am-11pm..perfect can play all day and play all night in Pool, what they fail to tell you it's ADULTS ONLY at 9pm and when u check in at 830pm with a child at the desk there is NO mention of this policy! The room is comfy and clean but the register is soooo loud!!"

"David at the front desk went above and beyond with the level of customer service he provided and I cannot be more grateful for his hospitality. Jacob, also at front desk, was very welcoming, friendly and courteous. And the woman that assisted me in the restaurant, whos name I unfortunately forgot to ask for, was extremely pleasant and went out of her way to make a hot cup of tea for me and take it to my table while I was gathering my breakfast. I had to stay a while and she kept checking on me to make sure I didn't need anything. Everybody was so kind. The restaurant and lobby was so clean and inviting and comfortable. The breakfast was incredibly good and while I was getting food another guest walked in and he also commented how wonderful it was as well. Excellent variety of choices for any guest...I am vegan and was able to find plenty to enjoy and fill me up. Also, I had to do a little work while I was there. It was very quiet and the wifi signal was very strong and I was able to work efficiently from multiple areas of the lobby/restaurant. Near the front desk was also an area with several options for snacks available for purchase as well as a variety of bottled water and even a nice little selection of single ice cold beers for those interested. I was able to park right near the front door which was very convenient and it is worth noting the public restroom was exceptionally clean as well. I would like to once again extend my gratitude to David for welcoming me and inviting me back in the future as I went to leave."

"Our Womens Retreat 2023 was fabulous! The staff was extremely accomodating. Manager Julian made sure our stay was comfortable and met our needs. Brian ensured the banquet rooms were well situated and served with immediancy our concerns. Karen in sales made sure everything we wanted and needed was available for us. "Extremely Disappointing stay overall. We chose to stay here as it’s the halfway point between a work event and the long drive home. We upgraded our room to a jacuzzi suite for an extra $180 as we are tired parents who just wanted to relax after a busy work event. The jacuzzi's jets shot out black mold, a major hygiene concern!!! Additionally, the shower handle was locked out of hot water, leaving us with only lukewarm showers throughout our stay. To add to the frustration, the TV remote didn't work, making it impossible to change channels. Despite reporting these issues and showing photos of the disgusting jacuzzi, the hotel staff offered no solutions or assistance. Such poor maintenance and lack of concern for guests' comfort make it impossible for me to recommend this place to anyone!"

"Great location if youre working nearby. The cleaning service is okay. The pool hot tub and sauna are awesome. Some floors have vending machines or microwaves but not both. Solid hotel overwall. id give it 3.5 stars if i could. therefore imma round up."
