"The concierge was very helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was well displayed, although a gluten free option would have been very nice. The rooms are very accommodating but there was some spots in the bathroom that could have been touched up. The hotel will be undergoing construction so its exciting to see what new amenities it will bring in the next visit."
"I was very disappointed in Sonesta ES Suites. The fold out mattress was covered in stains and appeared to have the beginnings of a mouse nest in it (see pictures). We could hear every step taken by the person in the room above us. The steps were so loud that they woke us up at 3:00am and 7:00am. Also, the plumbing did not work properly. Anytime we used a sink or toilet the tub drain gurgled."
"I was very impressed with our stay at the Sonesta. I read the reviews and was a little tentative, but our room was clean and updated. The staff was amazing and friendly. The breakfast was hot and fresh. The only thing I question is the $5 per day parking fee. I mean really is that necessary? It is a parking lot, I parked my own car, it isn't in a garage."
"Staff was friendly and helpful. Having 2 bedrooms and bathrooms was convenient. Floors were sticky in the hotel room, room didn’t feel very clean. Killed a spider and a beetle in our room. Old hotel with fresh paint. Breakfast was no good and only available until 8:30."
"I love leaving happy reviews! This hotel succeeded all of my expectations. My family had the most pleasant and comfortable stay. Breakfast was GREAT, with hot and cold options. The rooms were sparkling clean, beds were comfortable. We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite that easily accommodated 5 adults. Super-friendly staff! We would revisit again and again. Not a single complaint."
