"The rooms are clean and spacious. If you are staying for several days this place only cleans the room upon request so if you need towels, soap, trash taken out, or you bed made then make sure you request housekeeping. I stayed for 5 days and housekeeping never entered the room. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. Also, the showers leave more to be desired, the shower heads are extremely low flow so it may take a little longer than expected."
"About 2 weeks ago it was our anniversary. So me , my spouse and my family traveled to Detroit to celebrate the day and as a vacation too. We were lucky that we stayed for about a week in this fantastic hotel. We found a nice surprise waiting for us their. We really love this place, we felt like being home. The staff were very nice and helpful. They did their best to make our stay as comfortable possible. The hotel was very clean and smells very nice and refreshing. I loved the morning coffee and of course the breakfast too. Every day is a special day. Enjoy coffee all day and almost every night some delicious cookies. So A BIG THANKS from our family to yours. We hope ti see you all again soon."
"The staff is very welcoming. They answered all my questions and helped me out. The room was clean, and I had no issues in the room. The television and air conditioner worked well. The fitness center in had free weights, a cable machine, and some cardio equipment. It met all my needs. The location is near some good restaurants, gas stations, and not far from the great lakes mall. It was a very pleasant stay. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. The employees at breakfast were also welcoming!"
"We stayed here for a concert we were attending nearby. I loved how clean the hotel was, I especially loved that they had wipes and hand sanitizer easily available. The best part was the breakfast. It was seriously so good! We stayed for two nights and they changed the breakfast on the second day which was nice. The omelettes were so delicious, I also loved the strawberry and blueberry waffles!! The pool was nice and warm and not overly chlorine. It was nice that the hotel was pet friendly and had a nice area in the back for us to take our dog. It was a great stay and we would stay again for sure! The staff was nice and helpful, plus the cookies were delicious!"
