"Great hotel near the airport. Service was exceptional by everyone I came in contact with. This is a large hotel that may require a bit of a walk to your room, but it’s worth it. The bar/restaurant was great good came out perfect and the beers were ice cold… will definitely stay here again"

"Was here for training and I must say, it was a pleasure staying in such a beautiful new hotel! Excellent restaurant as well. Definitely recommend!!! Friendly staff even tho front desk wasn't always so friendly. The barista Jenna was super friendly! My favorite was how friendly the housekeepers were! Natasha helped me with my shower and coffee as I had too much at the bar ha! Well, until next time Grand Rapids, Ann Arbor sends its appreciation!!!"

"So we recently just got married and our venue was partnered with the Sheraton. About 8 months ago I had a good contact with a woman. We booked our rooms, booked a room block and was told that we have access to shuttles for people that will be drinking. Fast forward to 2 days before the wedding. I called to confirm our rooms are good and was told I never made a reservation. After talking to like 3 different people, finally got a hold of the manager. He told me there was no record we reserved rooms for ourselves. I said why would we reserve a room block and not rooms for us? Well finally got that squared away. Then he told me that their shuttle broke down and we will have to see if the other one will be available for us to use. The ridiculous. Fast forward to after the rehearsal dinner. After having a great night celebrating, we go to check in and guess what? I have no room reservation. They said they have nothing in file. So after arguing with the lady she gave us the suite we reserved 8 months ago and the other room. But the suit wasn’t gonna be ready for an hour. Then the morning of the wedding my dad called me and said they were telling him we won’t be able to use the shuttle. I went down and we got that squared away. They picked up another one just for us to use. Which was pretty nice. That was the only good experience from this hotel."

"My husband and I stayed here for a fun weekend in Grand Rapids and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is large and the rooms are very nice. We didn’t eat or drink there, but there is a bar, restaurant, and coffee shop area. Parking is free. This hotel is very close to the Grand Rapids airport and only a 15 minute driver to downtown Grand Rapids. It is also in a great location for shopping. Our only complaint was the heat in our room didn’t work (and it was in the 50s at night so the room was quite chilly). We left the next morning to explore and informed the guest experience director - she apologized and said she would send maintenance up immediately. We returned to the room that night and still didn’t have heat so called guest services who wasn’t sure if someone had been to our room. Maintenance told us that the block of rooms we were in didn’t have their heat back on and were in summer mode but offered to switch us to a room that did have heat. We were moved and the second room did have heat and was still a nice room. Everyone we spoke with was very nice, we just hoped that it would be fixed on our return. My husband and I would definitely stay here again."
