"My husband and I got the king bed suite looking for a night out from our 18 month old. As soon as we entered the room I noticed it wasn’t the shower I had requested and we sat down in the living room and the couch was covered in white stains, there was scrap all over the floor, even a stray m&m We went into the bed room and noticed the window was cracked open, assume to air out the smell from the couch that reeked. There was people arguing all down the hallway The “gym area” they have only has a treadmill and elliptical We stayed for 3 hours and got out of dodge. Didnt even bother asking for a refund"

"Worst hotel I have ever stated at. We were in town for a surgery for my son. We got a call on the way into town that the water would be off at 8am the day of check out. Got here and the elevator is broken. Noone communicated that they had already told us about the water the night before and proceeded to call us several times while at the hospital. Young lady working evenings was rude, rude rude and was cursing outside with a friend in a car. Horrible experience never again"

"The location was great!... That was about it! When I got there the cable didn't work. I told the attendant that and she wanted me to check and see what it could be. Long story short they switched my room. Then when we got in the pool... IT WAS COLD! Supposed to be HEATED. And to top it off it- the pool- took out all of my color of my swim suit!"

"Service here is hit or miss. I stay at room 25 times. And my room was clean maybe 7 out of 25. And then having to give me a new room. Umm the staff 3 out of 5 is friendly. The cleaning team is not good at cleaning. Cleaning crew have excuses to clean rooms. Fresh towels seems to be hard to get. umm they want you to pay 5 star money for a 3 star hotel. The only good is breakfast and pool. That's pretty much it. Manager trying but it's a chance you taking. After being short $2 and I came 25 times. And was unable to accommodate. I will never return again. Cause I came 25 times and out of that. 7 times my room was clean. You do the math"

"Short version: It's a room to sleep in, if that's all you're there for. Long version: When I first got into the room, I noticed the window was left open, making the room super muggy and hot. That could just be a "me" experience, so let me talk about the room itself. The bed was okay, the pillows are another story. There were 5 pillows on that bed and not a single one matched. They were all varying sizes and consistencies with softness. Lastly, the hotel itself. It was okay, ammenities seemed decent if I had stayed long enough to use them (pool, breakfast, guest laundry, etc). All hard surfaces on the floor were sticky. Which is strange but... whatever. Checkout was at 11am and I got in at around 11pm so I only used the room to sleep. Would I recommend Sleep Inn as a franchise? Yes. THIS Sleep Inn? No."
