"Overall the place was nice for the price and the rooms were clean and modernized. My only complaint was a smell in the bathroom that just got worse as the days went on."

"Very impressed with this location. About one mile from downtown Ludington and about another half mile to Sterns Park Beach. Room was clean (room carpet needs heavy cleaning or replacing), bathroom has been updated, bed was very comfortable. Pool area was very nice. Small area in the office for coffee and small breakfast snacks. Great staff. We will definitely stay here again."
"The rooms are okay. They only give you big towels. You have to bring breakfast back to your room. I think they tried to scam me, called & told me they had a picture that I smoke in the room & I told them I didn't smoke in the room. Went back to the motel & ask to see the picture & she said the housekeeper had it & that the housekeeper was in that room cleaning & then when I asked about the picture again she said the housekeeper went home & then said that the room smelt really bad. How do you take a picture of that. I told we had went to the bathroom in there. She told me they were not going to charge me. It ruin the rest of our trip. The room were expensive already without the theat of 200.00 coming out of your checking account for something you didn't do. The people there didn't even know what was going on uptown. You should know what going on to tell your clients"
