Comfort Inn Ludington near US-10

"Stayed in room 127 never stay here when there is a school thing going on. I know kids will be kids but when it's 10 at night and you have to work in the morning even asked the front desk person he seemed to busy talking on his phone to be bothered. It's a Shane because it is a nice hotel."

"Love this place!! Great management! We even had an issue on the last day of our last stay, where the pool broke for over 20 hours. Not only did they extend our checkout until a couple hours after the pool was fixed so we could swim for atleast a bit, but they also helped to refund part of the stay! The manager Jamie was so so nice and helpful and still managed to salvage the end of our trip! Definitely coming back here again! They also had the pool fixed within 20 hours of it being broken down, as i assume they had to call a guy out of town and get a part, and were very quick to remedy it! Love this place! Jamie is wonderful!"

"I must have stayed at a different hotel than the other reviewers on here. The redeeming factor was that the staff seemed friendly. We had a reservation for a room with a kitchenette (full size fridge vs mini) for 3 nights. We checked into the room and were told it was next to the indoor pool.I am NOT a complainer, but the smell of chlorine was so overpowerering. We could not stay there, and were moved to a lesser room because that was all that was available. Fine. Not a big deal. The bed was so old we could see the divets in the mattress where the "bodies" lay. We wound up purchasing a mattress topper, which did not help much. The ac never shut off... which would be great, but it was 40 outside. After ALOT of fiddling, we figured out the theromstat... but it still never really worked. It would say cooling as it blew hot air or vice versa. The drains were all clogged so it took a long time for water to drain and the toilet didn't always refill after a flush, so you would have to jiggle the handle or, even better, remove the tank lid to mess with the float. The room was not very clean either. Stains on walls, dirty fridge, etc. We did not ask for another room simply because we didnt think it would make a difference."

"Definitely will not be returning. We checked in around 7pm and clearly the staff didn't think we needed a clean room. My husband did not want to make a fuss so we unfortunately slept there without requesting housekeeping or even a new room. I should've know what kind of place this would be based off the front desk clerk and how sloppy she looked! Chair had stains, bathroom sink ran all night, furniture broken, shower dirty with stains and hair, towel rack dusty, fridge dirty with water leaking inside. I wouldn't take a free room if they offered!"

"07/13/23 This Hotel was great!! Very quiet, and all the staff were very friendly. The rooms are very spacious and very clean! We loved it!! My husband is a private pilot, and we had the view of the small airport from our window. Very few planes took off, and it wasn’t loud at all. We will return again over the 4th of July next year. It was a long trip from Florida, but worth the trip!"
