"These are cute quaint little cottages, however, when you pay over $150 a night the price usually includes hotel accommodations and ambiance. This was a straight up, nice, room only. But it was one of the least expensive in the area (???)"
"Musty , waiting on SS Badger in room coffee was terrible. SS Badger shut down for the rest of season , time for a huge discount id stay there again. No picnic tables or outside fire pit something I'd gadly pay extra for."
"Miss Steve and Rita they always treated us like family , we would drive hours to stop by and see them. Room smelled musty but was clean. Great location in the middle of town. Ludington has had alot of changes over the past 10 years , nothing bad to say about the Vista Villa just a Much different atmosphere than before"
"This place needs an update badly. The rooms were clean but the musty smell was very bad. Rooms are very very outdated. The sheets were pilly, the top bedding had stains on it and are from the 70s. Wish I had taken a picture of the chair in the room. It was SO stained I wouldn’t go near it. The house cleaners did laundry late at night keeping us up all night. If you go, don’t take room 16!! When we expressed our dissatisfaction, all she did was shrugged her shoulders! And said they don’t do the laundry there!! She took no responsibility. I saw the machines and the employee working in there myself. Very high priced for these rooms. If you like bad sheets, stains, and smell..then this is the place for you."
