Seville Water Play Park
“This place is awesome. We've been here before. Though be mindful, the water play runs from September to April. No one mentions this on Google. It's still a great park non the less.”
Cafe B2B Barrister To Barista By Jaffa
“Great cafe! Friendly service, good food! We decided to try out a new cafe and found B2B on google. When we arrived, it seemed quite busy but plenty of space to seat us. Coffee to start with and then I had EGGS YOUR WAY, poached eggs on sourdough and my partner had the BIG GOURMET BREAKFAST. The food was quite nice. The coffee was good too. They have small and medium sized coffee. FYI the medium was quite big. Parking on the Main Street isn’t the easiest. We did, however, get a spot out the front. More parking only a short walk.”
Werribee Station Place Florist
“I was recommended by a friend to visit this florist and I am so glad I did. The staff were so lovely and welcoming and prepared the most beautiful floral arrangement within a few minutes for a very time sensitive order. We are so impressed with their workmanship and kindness. I highly recommend this florist. I can't wait to go back.”
Lake Wendouree Fairyland
“Always a magical place to walk along side and through this enchanting area. Its also suitable for small canoeing.”
Cornerstone Werribee Sales and Information Centre - Peet
“I hope it’s a great place to live! It is I love it!!!!! Moved in now”
Healesville Sanctuary/Glen Eadie Ave
“Absolutely loved this place. The animals are so well cared for and the staff are so obliging and helpful. The Australian Govt. really looks after it's wild life and Natural habitat. I have great admiration for this country.”
Bungies Hole
“Lovely little shot for a picnic and fed the ducks. A couple of magpies and ravens like to join in on the feast. There are no toilets there so make sure you have been before you go there. Thankfully there is no playground there as it would spoil the serene natural, beautiful and peaceful environment.”
Cornerstone Safari Park - Peet
“Cornerstone estate's kids park. This park suits kids above 5 years. For the small ones, it won't be that enjoyable.”
Scienceworks (Museums Victoria)
“Just as great as when I visited as a child... My 1.5 year old had a brilliant time at the different areas. Super interesting for me and him. The Illuminate exhibition captured his attention and curiosity completely. Thanks Scienceworks! Also... Great range of gifts to buy for young and old!”
Collingwood Children's Farm
“We love it here. It’s an amazing place that’s good for a longer day or we often go just for an hour or so. The staff are so friendly and helpful and there’s something to do for children of all ages. A highlight is helping put the chickens to bed!”
Nobbies Centre (home of the Antarctic Journey)
“One of the most breathtaking spots in Victoria. The Nobbies boardwalk is a must visit spot when you visit Phillip Island. There are no entries or tickets required here. I also like to call it a mini-Great-Ocean-Road as the scene could almost rival that of the twelve apostles, but much closer from Melbourne. The Nobbies centre also has their own cafe which serves nice food and coffee.”
Kingston Heath Reserve
“Great park with lots of open spaces and plenty of shade. There are undercover tables with bbq facilities and a public toilet at the park. The playground is suitable for children of all ages and there is a large oval behind the park. It's a nice spot.”
Nangak Tamboree Wildlife Sanctuary
“A actual true sanctuary. Amazingly preserved. Heaven on earth!”
Penguin Parade
“Highly recommended! I booked normal seat ticket ( I didn’t know there is a premium seat), but that was enough because we can see penguins very close when we were on the way to go back to the entrance. No need to buy premium seat tickets. Also, I didn’t take any pictures of penguins because by right they don’t allow us to do so after sunset. However, some tourists were taking picture with flash. I saw so many times and frustrated at them. I think their operation doesn’t work enough to prohibit taking picture of penguins. It could be better. Anyway, that was really fun experience to see small penguins so close.”
Victory Park Playground
“Fav of the kids and locals with a lovely playground and ample parking nearby. There are also clean toilets, BBQ pits, covered rest areas and a washing station so you don’t track the beach back into your car. Beautiful sand and tame swells.”
Lemon Scented Lawns
“One of the main meeting areas at university. Name is a bit of a ruse now since there is no more lemon smell. Perfect area for a BBQ and is used by the university, clubs, and societies to host events from petting zoo's to jumping castles.”
Funfields Themepark
“Fantastic place to visit! An absolute must! Ticket prices are great value for everything that they have inside, the only thing is they don't have free water available so remember to bring plenty of drink bottles or buy it! Food and drink prices weren't too bad, $6 an icecream or $4 for a bottle of water, we bought our own food and saved a few dollars. Barbecue facilities, so many different rides, waterslides and entertainment for everyone. Will definitely be back!!”
Toomuc Creek
“A great place to walk the dogs. Meeting lots of new people.”
Greythorn Park
“Large park with good playground. On 3 street frontages and 2 internal car pars.. One public wc. Plenty of trees and walking paths. Scouts, football, cricket and tennis clubs in the reserve.”
Leigh Park
“I like the park scrounged with beautiful trees and houses. Nice to sit there and enjoy the sight.”
Churchill Island
“Do not hesitate to explore this place. Really nice scenery and lots of animals will welcome you. Awesome experience.”
Deep Creek Reserve
“Amazing area for kids!! Specially late arvo after a hot day at school! Has shade and plenty of sitting areas. Heaps of car parks! The water feature of the park is by far the most popular, its a great place for a cool off!”
Ferguson's Paddock
“Great spot for a casual stroll. A little boggy in places but expected when you realise how much rain we have had.”
Price Reserve Playground
“Fun little park down by the beach”
Fairy Park
“Beautiful place for a day out with young kids. The displays are really fun and engaging for them and it's all well maintained. Not too big either and the separate play area is good. plenty of spaces for rest as well, the park is well laid out. The food kiost lack choices but the chips being fried separately gives those with coeliac one option atleast, which is really appreciated!”
