"I splurged, for me, and got and got a burger with fries. It was delicious. Hubby got blueberry pancakes which he loved. Server was nice but slow to bring requested items."
"I'm at the ihop now, I've waited nearly 15 min before I had to ask who our server was. It was another 10 min before we were finally greeted. Another 10 min for our water and coffee to come out. There were other patrons were also wondering the same thing. This guy who is serving us needs to be retrained or be fired."
"Server did not bring my receipt until I insisted. She kept all the coinage that was in my change, owed to me, even though I had tipped quite well. She did the same thing to me friend who was there with me..very disappointing"
"This is the worst IHOP I've been to. Came in with my family for a family gathering sat down and waited 15 minutes for our server to come and greet us. Then she finally came after I went and asked the host if we had a server assigned. After she came took our order and never brought our drinks. 10 minutes later the server is walking nonchalantly around the restaurant and we still didn't have our drinks. At the end we left and I will never come back to this restaurant. They need to train their servers on costumer service more. The host and the server were rude. The rest of the servers saw us looking around for our server and did nothing."
"IHOP has definitely upped its game. All the food came out quickly and seemed to be prepared well. It was delicious, seasoned well and cooked like it should be. The interior is typical IHOP. Plenty of parking in the shopping center that is surrounding this location."
