"Just had the worst experience in customer service with this store. I ordered two simple pizzas. I called and the woman at the front gave me a credit because I thought there was a problem with an order. 5 minutes later I received a call back from someone named Maria Amina who told me this was my fault multiple times. She cut me off when I was talking, she told me to complain everywhere I could and wanted to, and she challenged me to fight on the call. Never have had an experience like this with a restaurant. Pretty disappointing as we like Ledos. Hope the management starts to figure this out. I will continue to review per their request."
"I think everyone can already agree Ledos pizza is great but what really stands out about this location to me is the superb customer service ! I work in the food industry and am very appreciative of great service because I know what it means to a business and more importantly to individuals that are spending hard earned money !
