"Excellent location! Order comes out fast and correct. My only complaint is that sometimes they keep mobile orders, that are ready, behind the counter. It is frustrating to wait for someone to notice me waiting, and hand me my food- when they have a grab-and-go station installed and are not using it."
"The food is fine, especially for a McDonald's, but the service the last couple of years has become increasingly hostile. They have refused us service, outright lied to us, and most recently started bringing in police to force people out. Even from the parking lot. I don't know where the people who run this location get off, but threatening the customer base is not it. We're done."
"This McD's has improved service-wise but it is a busy McD's so it takes patience to get through the line which has two lanes in a small lot. I had a Big Mac and the freshness was OK but the second patty was only a half patty which was weird and found too late (not worth going back to the store). The food can be inconsistent here. And note: the large fry order is a large container but often seems to have only a medium amount of fries in it...this is a consistent issue that I hope will improve. (Seems like a given with a lot of fast food restaurants including our Olney Chick-Fil-A.) All in all, the Olney residents appreciate having a McDonald's in town and go here often so maybe it is just me and my family that have had inconsistent meals over time."
"Was burnt and hard to chew like rubber. This patty was sitting there for awhile and should've been thrown away. And so I threw away because it was not edible."
"Place is a joke. THIS IS NOT A 24 HRS PLACE. From November 2022 until this day JANUARY 21, 2033, after 11:00 pm the restaurant is closed, I don’t know why are they doing this, they should change the hours because it’s the same s*it every night. They care more of drive thru orders than anything else. Frequently made mistakes on my orders. I come to this place 2-3 times DAILY. The SODAS MACHINES ARE DISGUSTING, THEY HAVE BEEN DIRTY even with mold (SEE PICTURES) FOR MORE THAN A YEAR. I do not recommend this place, don’t go there."
