"On Sunday afternoon I went to dinner with my girlfriend and I ordered my food and the guy who was all friendly but later when I went to eat in the lobby a manager told me to leave, I had to leave with my food in my hand and the The reason was because she said that the lobby had already closed. I understand that it is closed but we weren't going to do a lot of trash and that's the way it was. The fact that she told me to leave the restaurant was very annoying. Please, this is a very nice place to enjoy with the family and for that type of manager to be there, it is not convenient. Please, superiors, pay attention to the managers who are not giving excellent service. Normally, I always do. go to eat there but I have never seen that manager, I think she is new unfortunately"

"Nice costumer service, I came to eat here very often and Yeimy is always very nice and kind. Food comes out quick and fresh (some times I am not done paying when my food is already being delivered to me). Very delicious food and the location is always very clean. I highly recommend this location. Love it ❤️!!!!!"

"I never write reviews but it’s absolutely ridiculous how long I had to wait for just ONE regular mash potato. Didn’t even get chicken or anything JUST a small mash potato and I waited for over 30 minutes!! I understand if/when it’s busy but half an hour for such a small thing. I had to get their attention, which was difficult in itself, and found out that they forgot about my order and were not apologetic about it at all. They made the order in front of me AFTER I asked, which shows that I didn’t have to waste all this time waiting. This is not the first time the wait has been ridiculous. Being busy is one thing, but not doing your job is another thing. Needless to say, I am hungry and tired, do yourself a favor and don’t go to this place."

"08-29-23 DAYANA YOU SHOULD BE FIRE HOW DARE YOU YELLING TO CUSTOMERS? YOU DONT KNOW ANYTHING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUDE!! This is one of the worst Popeyes I have been before. Starting because the employees don’t seem to like working there. There is not a friendly service here. The employees are very rude starting with the males. They don’t treat customers with gratitude, not even a good afternoon or good evening. Buddy if you don’t like your job you should quit because you’re the face of the restaurant. Employees are always yelling each other. Also, I asked for spicy chicken, as soon I start eating I noticed you guys gave me plain chicken. You just ruin my night, I hope you all get fired ! To the owner of this restaurant: You really want to make some changes with your employees because you are losing a lot of customers, not because of your food, it is because they are terrible employees!"

"⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔If you like a disgusting dirty filthy dine in or take out experience you've come to the right understaffed, uncleaned and unsanitized Popeyes (undercooked) Fried Chicken establishment that Northern Montgomery County Maryland has to offer. NEVER AGAIN! WILL I PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT I kid you, not I will let the pictures talk for themselves (PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO PERUSE THEM) this is just what's on the surface and it is very brief. After waiting 10 minutes and watching the fry cook be let go for the evening presumably, our food came out (it was undercooked) the coleslaw was room temperature and then got put on top of hot chicken when bagged to go by the manager. The other staff is very kind, you can tell they're overworked understaffed and paid a pittance, they do their best. The micro-manager is always Hawking around them and the cashregisters but if and when you need to talk to her she retreats to the back and becomes unaccessible. Upon inquiring I was informed that neither the Male nor Female Restrooms were not in service.
