"Super professional, super patient, super helpful. My mom's cat had signs of a worm, so I picked her and her cat up and took her here. The cat was stressed in her carrier and had an accident... was bad, and I felt embarrassed. But the team made me feel so much better. Mom's cat got cleaned up, she got treated, and the cost was more than reasonable. Highly recommended"
"Great with animals, poor with customer service. They don't follow through with their promises. My dog died, I asked for a paw print for my kids. I called the next week and they said they have no record of my request. Hey stuff happens, it's OK. Fast forward 6 months, I bring in a couple kittens for their first visit. Guess what's on the bill - the dog's paw print I never received. Naturally I call to figure out what's going on. They said the office manager will call me back. Still waiting on that call back and whoever it is impossible to reach."
"Very friendly and helpful staff! I called in to inquire about getting a health certificate for my cat to move to the EU with me. I cannot succinctly express just how appreciative I was with their patience, support, compassion, and most importantly the services they were able to provide. "A truly amazing experience!! I’ve been struggling with finding a vet to care for my cat Gizmo, nothing has felt like the right fit just yet. I had such a wonderful experience today with Dr. Feinstein and her staff. I think she was in the room with me for at least 45 minutes really examining my cat and answering every single last question I had. Not once did I feel judged or stupid, I only felt supported and empowered as a cat mom. They had amazing solutions for me and a lot of ideas on some issues with my cat. I will 100% be returning for all future vet visits and I greatly appreciate how kind everyone was. My exam was approximately $65 My two vaccinations I needed were about $60 total Bloodwork was $160 I found all of this to be really fair pricing!! Picture is handsome Mr. Gizmo three seconds before he tried to make a break for it and jump off the table lol"
