"Angry upset staff at this Giant Pharmacy for some time now. They are never in a hurry to help and care about a patient that needs medication when they are in the store waiting right in front of them! It seems they must fill the Q first before they can help anyone else! Terrible customer service and the girl that works the register doesn't even know what AZO is! What ever happened to the good old days where people truly cared about sick patients and cared about how they treated them! Now you are just another number and they seem to hate what they do for a living! For as long as I have been in the medical world I have never treated my patients like a number no matter how busy I am or how I feel they are my patients and I care! If you are sick and need medication in a hurry, unless you want to wait 2 hours to fill your prescription which was for antibiotics not a maintenance drug which by the way has taken 3 days or more to fill. Giant needs to get a New staff that cares or get more help do they won't be so angry!"
