"The bathroom could have been cleaner, the shower wasn't properly cleaned there was still someone else hair on the side of the tub. So im sure the rest of the room was slacked on as well. After cleaning the room myself o had a pretty comfortable stay."
"Booked a room for New Years Eve around 7pm. Went to dinner and came to the hotel to check in at 1045. It is now New Years 2024 and there is still no one at the front desk to check us in to our rooms or the 3 other people/couples waiting to get checked in or served. People went to their cars to wait. Had a lady give me her phone number to call if anyone at the front desk returns to check us in. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND A STAY HERE ESPECIALLY ON A HOLIDAY!!!!"
"I called 2 times to the front desk about kids running in the hallway. This went on from 1030pm to 3am. My kids couldn't sleep. That's unacceptable. The bed broke my back. Hardest bed i ever slept in. Front desk was nice. Breakfast is NOT FREE even tho front desk told us it was. This was a horrible experience and if I could I would get my money back. Never staying here again. I would give this 0 stars if I can. We should've went to the residence inn and paid the extra 20. Lesson learned"
"The rooms very small. Pull out bed was very uncomfortable. Dirty underwear was found in the refrigerator. Indoor pool is very small and no towels were available. NO FREE BREAKFAST! Pay $5 per vehicle per day to park. Will not book again."
"This is a very nice property and clean. I would stay here again. I would have given a 4 or 5 star but even though you are in a commercial park area, no where near a downtown, the hotel springs a parking charge surprise on you at check-in. Just a hidden way to get more money from their guest and makes first impressions negative for guest. Well you got my parking fee but you now get a.... surprise, 2 star rating."
