“It's quiet and comfortable with excellent staff who do go the extra mile to take care of the customers. The rooms are a little dated but that is something that doesn't really bother me. The parking is easy and it's close to all local amenities so it's a good deal all round. I didn't get the chance to eat there but apparently it is very good food.”

“Our experience of using Paul Birtles to sell our parents house has been excellent !! They communicated frequently to let us know what was happening at all times. Whenever I phoned, I was nearly always able to speak to Dan who was able to explain what they required of us or was expected of us by the solicitor. And if I did speak to someone else they were always very helpful. We had a delay on our probate application; beyond our control, and Birtles showed great patience and understanding despite the inconvenience to everyone. The last couple of weeks before the sale became quite frantic with emails and phone-calls flying back and forth and Dan’s cooperation to do whatever was necessary to complete without further delays was greatly appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the local area.”

“I had a great stay here. The bathroom was modern and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the service was really nice. I asked for cheese to have for breakfast and they brought me some. The breakfast basket they provided contained some nice items. I had a one day stay for business. Booking was through our corporate system. I managed to park on premises, no issues as the site is safe. Upon leaving they requested payment, I mentioned that the corporate booking company would settle, and offered to leave my details in case of issues, they appreciated this. No problems whatsoever. I'd definitely stay again when visiting Manchester for business. If there's one thing I would like them to improve is the breakfast offering. There's a fridge in the room, please offer slices of cold cuts such as cheese and ham along with bread and butter, you don't need to leave these items in the fridge for every guest but I do believe you should have them on demand if requested. I was provided two small blocks of cheese rather than slices, I was happy to have the cheese but I was unable to have a "proper" breakfast sandwich of buttered bread with cheese and ham slices... a chunky block of cheese does not taste very good in the middle of a huge piece of bread.”

“In the 9 years I have been a tenant with Kevin and his team at Lynks I can not complain about anything. If there is ever anything needed to be fixed in the property or investment into keeping it maintained someone is always there. The customer service is always professional with a personal touch too, the best estate agents I know and would 100% recommend them to family or friends because you know they would be well looked after!”

Firstly we needed to book an additional room at fairly short notice which they were happy to accommodate, secondly the room was clean, very modern and spacious, thirdly Colin the caretaker was brilliant! Giving us tips about taxis to the festival, ensuring we were happy with our stay when we checked out early and posting my retainers to us when I forgot to pack them! “In my experience they are a great company who look after tenants and landlords alike. They have managed my flat for around 10 years and it’s been well looked after, I get regular reports on the condition and my tenant is happy as when things go wrong they deal with it efficiently. I don’t live local anymore so I appreciate that these things are covered without me needing to be involved in every aspect or every detail. Not much more to say other thanks for a great service”
