"DO NOT STAY HERE. Possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. would give it no stars if I could. Smelly, dirty, unkempt dated just horrible. Things didn't work, the floor was all over the place. The mattresses were something from the dark ages, all lumpy. This hotel needs a serious expensive renovation. couldn't even sleep in the bed, slept on top of it in my clothes couldn't leave quick enough in the morning. Have put pictures up but 2 of the pictures makes it look better than it is. Take no notice of the pictures put up by the owners they are extremely misleading, especially the pool one, pretty sure it doesn't have a pool, in fact I think the pictures have been taken from other websites. THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL. FALSE ADVERTISING. TRADING STANDARDS NEED TO TAKE A LOOK AT THIS HOTEL"
"The lower ground rooms are in need if tlc, the smell of damp the reception above is noisy, people, machines noises, the lack of customer service, .. this used to be a fantastic customer service hotel when family run, now it's lacking in every department as its a part of a chain.. tired and needs tlc .."
