"I have just come back from paws galore and I am very happy with the cut and service received. On arrival we had a consultation to begin, one of the ladies discussed my options of the cut, informing me that if my dog was matted he may have to go shorter. After checking him over they let me know he is able to have the teddy bear cut, as I had hoped for. I definitely recommend and will be using them again, after having bad experiences previously at groomers around the area. So pleased with the groom, can’t thank them enough."

"This was the first time I took my puppy to them for a “ puppy cut” .I have been once before elsewhere and couldn’t get him in for a much needed trim. In desperation booked him in here. When I arrived everything seemed great , the ladies pleasant and welcoming and two little dogs had been done and looked cute and “ just how I imagined mine would be once I returned” Sadly I was stunned when I arrived. Shocked and very upset as he looked like he had been scalped ! Yes he was very fluffy and long when I took him BUT the results look like he’s been sheared ! Yes he had a few knots in his fluffy coat BUT never expected to see my puppy like this! Then when I’ve discussed with a friend she said she would have warned me not to go here. She had had a bad experience with her Red setter . I’m just so disappointed as looks like I’ve cut his fur off . Hoping it grows back soon !! Doesn’t look like a “ Teddy” cut at all. I’ve you wanted your dog to have a “no 2 “ all over then that’s fine . I didn’t . BEFORE and AFTER PICS"
