"I am landlord with Montrose properties and they have been nothing but amazing! They helped me with really complex maintenance issues I had with my flat. They project managed my bathroom renovation and did it really efficiently and professionally, minimising the time the flat needed to be empty. They also supported me with documentation for my insurance claim and I would have really struggled without their help. I am so pleased I stopped managing the property myself and got them to manage it for me it is a massive relief and weight off my shoulders! Could not recommend them enough! Thank you!"
"In my experience they are a great company who look after tenants and landlords alike. They have managed my flat for around 10 years and it’s been well looked after, I get regular reports on the condition and my tenant is happy as when things go wrong they deal with it efficiently. I don’t live local anymore so I appreciate that these things are covered without me needing to be involved in every aspect or every detail. Not much more to say other thanks for a great service"
