The property was delivered with many issues, including no access to the garage for several weeks and a broken shower that has still not been fixed over 9 weeks later. After moving in, I was promised a rent reduction to compensate for all of the issues. Despite chasing this up several times and paying full rent for a house in an unacceptable condition, I have still not received the reduction. As a tenant, I would stay far away from this letting agency."
