“Had my tonsillectomy procedure done last week at Spire Manchester, the care I received from start to finish was impeccable. From the pre-op, admin, nurses, HCA's, catering and the consultant (Mr Birzgalis) I felt so comfortable and informed the whole way through my journey. I was unfortunately re-admitted as an emergency due to swelling and query infection, but Spire were so quick to get me back in and provided me with top quality care to get me back on my feet! I am extremely grateful for all involved in my care.”

“We had to visit recently with our little girl and the service was incredible. We were quickly seen by the triage nurse and didn’t wait very long to then be seen by a doctor. The waiting room had a TV playing children’s films and was really colourful and engaging - a nice environment for children to be in during potentially scary times. The NHS is amazing!”

“I was in Ward 3 yesterday for day surgery, a busy place with lots of patients. I have to say from the moment I arrived I was met with nothing other than kindness, compassion and utter professionalism. The nurses, surgeons and admin staff clearly work as a great team and are totally committed to the patients care. It was a busy unit and wait times could be long, but that is to be expected and embraced in my view as I know from the care they gave me, nothing can be rushed, I was almost last on the roster and by the time I was discharged I believe there were several staff members who had gone past their shift time as they probably do every day, just to make sure they are putting us first. The whole team were so professional. As a day surgery case you see more of the nurses than the surgeons but of course behind those closed doors you know there are a team of ultimate professionals in the theatres. You are all a credit to your profession and I for one had the most pleasant and stress free visit. Thank you all. in these days of striking for better pay and conditions we should all owe you a huge debt....Thank you for looking after me so warmly.”

She has helped me to understand me, understand how my mental health has affected my actions, helped me see what has caused it and given me help with how to tackle them. She is a life saver and anyone who has her as a therapist has the best start on the road to recovery.”

“Service was very professional and speedy, I was able to get an appointment within 2 weeks relatively easily and they even were helpful in organising an extra blood test I needed for my work. The place was easy enough to access via public transport (I walked from train station, not too far from victoria) All staff were helpful and the doctor who performed my medical was really pleasant, polite and good rumoured which put me at ease. The first staff member who took my photo seemed a bit abrupt but I think she was rushed. Overall a very good service. I realize the medicals seem a bit pricey but it did what I needed it to do.”
