"The pizzas took a ridiculous amount of time to arrive, were over 30 minutes late and cold on arrival. When your entire business is centred on the delivery of pizza, it's not really excusable."

"Placed an order. It was out for delivery for 40 minutes. Arrived cold. The Pizza delivered previously was cut into weird pieces. Domino's in other parts of Manchester are great but for some reason this branch is very badly managed and has poor quality control. If I was in charge, I'd close this branch to avoid the disservice it does to the brand."

"I worked locally from this branch. Few weeks back, I started ordering a pizza for my lunch for myself. Few weeks on, myself and my colleagues are ordering upto 7 pizzas every Friday for our 'Fat Friday's lunch. The pizzas are cooked well and always hot and cooked on time for collection."

"I ordered extra topping of mushrooms and onions on my veggie supreme pizza, but you guys added so many tomatoes instead of the two toppings that I payed for to be extra off. That many tomatoes just changed the whole flavour of the pizza and just tasted sour to me. Thanks for ruining my evening and wasting my money - considering you guys have increased the prices of you pizzas, but are making them worse now."
