“Lovely experience had 2 teeth removed and I'm extremely frightened of dentist as my dentist is a butcher with no people skills or patience, so got referred here for sedation although there was roughly a year waiting list for sedation, I didn't need the sedation they went at my speed and let me have a breather when needed. The dentist was patient and got the 2 enormous teeth out can't remember the dentist name as I was that scared when I first went in my mind was blank but shes the best also the lovely dental nurse who assisted her and also kept a big guy like me calm! I've still got to go back for 2 wisdom teeth removed and not one bit anxious as only the first needle hurts a little but it's over within 15 seconds Update just had 2 top wisdom teeth removed of Sheeba and Stacey didn't even feel most of the needles go in. She was really gentle and got both teeth out really quick with no messing around and no pain. Brilliant pair of people”

“My 20 year old son injured his ankle at work and could not weight bear, was swollen and worried he had broken it. Arrived at A&E 3:30pm checked in quickly by lovely polite member of staff, moved on quickly to the Emergency Assessment Unit, assessed and sent for X-rays. Outcome possible small fracture resulting in boot to support. All this was done in two hours we left at 5:30pm I cannot express enough how fantastic the staff were especially in EAU who looked after my son (forgot to ask her name ) but honestly my son and I said how wonderful you were and made our experience a wonderful one, thank you so much.”

“My mum had a bad stroke and was on ward B2. She was in for 9 days and the care, support and treatment she received from the nurses was exemplary. She was assigned a bed in very quick time from admission. I couldn't praise you all enough, but thankyou very much, you are a credit to your profession”

“I cannot praise this place enough I attended recently & was amazed at the fast service I received. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and I felt went out of their way to help. I missed calls from the doctor as I was driving home on the motorway so was unable to answer my phone. I rang the walk in centre back & explained and they contacted the doctor again on my behalf. This was about 5 mins before they were due to close & still I didn’t feel like a burden to them. This is the best NHS service I’ve received. I won’t hesitate to make this my first stop next time I need medical help. 5***** service & 5***** staff.”

“Having had 2 pair of hearing aids in the past, I decided I did not want to pay £3000+ again and asked my gp to go NHS. My referral gave me two choices , I chose Beacon medical group. I was assessed within 2 weeks and fitted with new hearing aids a week later. As I said despite paying privately in the past I almost always had a level of irritation which never really went away and that was the biggest disincentive to wearing hearing aids ! The NHS audiologist was quite thorough and although only time will tell , my hearing aids were comfortable right from the start ! I would recommend the Beacon med. services and my audiologist to anyone .”

“My daughter was seen and discharged in less then 2 hours. Arrived at 8pm and leaving at 9.30. Everyone who saw my daughter treated us with kindness and respect. Happy with the service and impressed. “I spent a few months on this ward between 2021 and 2022 and the amount of help and support i received has helped me so much. The team works really well together in helping patients on there pathways to recovery and the ward is very up to date and modern. Staff manage crisis point very well in a calm manor which helps de escalate situations and are very good at dealing with physical health issues (contacting doctors and following/creating care plans around diagnoses). i really don’t think i could fault this ward they did everything they possibly could to give me the best treatment.”

“Mr Karagama was very professional and quick indeed at dealing with my daughters throat issues, for years she suffered endless trouble with enlarged tonsils and being very young too she was very shy and worried being around doctors. However Mr Karagama showed true professionalism and was able to make my daughter feel comfortable and safe in his care.
